How do I log into the portal?<\/strong>\u00a0 The internal student portal (my.xiaoneizhi.com) is for students.\u00a0 Your student will need to log in to see details ranging from updated financial bills and class attendance for the semester to the place they can update their banking information for payroll if they are employed on-campus.\u00a0 \u00a0Parents do not have a login for the student portal.\u00a0 You will need to work with your student to retrieve information.<\/span>\u00a0 Through the portal, students may also access Canvas, our course management system, where all assignments will be submitted, and course instructions can be found.\u00a0 Information with details on how to log into their portal came to your student\u2019s personal email address when they were accepted.\u00a0 The subject line says \u201cSNU Login Information.\u201d\u00a0 If your student cannot find the email, they may go to reset.xiaoneizhi.com and follow the easy prompts. Once they have that information, they can go to my.xiaoneizhi.com and log in.<\/div>\nWhat is my current balance?<\/strong>\u00a0 Students may log in at my.xiaoneizhi.com (see above if login information is needed) > self-service > student finance. What if I think my charges are wrong?<\/strong>\u00a0 If it is prior to August 1st, it is possible that any outside scholarships have not yet been received by the institution.\u00a0 Those amounts are not deducted from your account until they are received.\u00a0 If you have institutional scholarships (such as music, athletics, ministerial, etc.) that are not appearing on your statement, confirm that you have returned all of your contracts and if you have, reach out to the appropriate department.<\/p>\n
Cost sheet worksheets received from new student financial aid could be slightly off from charges listed on a students portal, as class fees and books are only estimates on the cost sheet worksheet.<\/p>\n
